The City of Kamloops is developing a Community Climate Action Plan to set the direction for reducing local greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and supporting a cleaner, healthier, lower-carbon future. The eight 'Big Moves' and their associated draft policy options and actions have the potential to reduce our community emissions by approx. 80% by 2050.
