President & CEO, Finlay Sinclair, is responsible for the planning, site preparation, branding, marketing, and sale of 100 prime acres of land located adjacent to Thompson Rivers University (TRU). Finlay will share how he drives The Reach to be a "people first" development company that focuses on creating and building a profoundly meaningful and relevant sense of place where individuals, couples and families will find their ideal lifestyle balance. In addition to providing an update on the developments at The Reach, Finlay will highlight the opportunity he sees for growth and development in Kamloops, as they apply to the public realm and shared mobile economy.
